The puff pastry is unwrapped and placed in a tray in which I put a baking paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
During this time we prepare the filling:
Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices, peel the onion, wash it and slice it.
In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and basil.
Put the resulting composition over the puff pastry, add the mozzarella pieces, slices of tomato and onion, and put the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes (or until the composition is bound).
It is both good hot and cold.
