The recipe for the zucchini cake was suggested to me by our dear Danielina, after the spinach cake, I couldn't hold back and I decided to try this other strange cake;) I have always loved zucchini for their being so versatile but never I would have imagined being able to use them in a dessert and then combined with the taste of hazelnuts they have a very particular flavor. I recommend, do not reveal the secret ingredient until after the tasting and after receiving the compliments for your zucchini pie. How to make the Zucchini Sweet Cake
Wash and trim the zucchini then grate them and collect them in a bowl
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy
Add the oil while continuing to whip
Then add the grated zucchini
Finally, add the chopped hazelnuts, flour and yeast.
Work the dough until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper then bake the zucchini cake in the oven at 180 ° for about an hour.
Once ready, let the cake cool
Then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve your zucchini cake
