The savory pie with vegetables and cheeses is an empty fridge recipe. Before closing the office for the Christmas holidays, I started to free the fridge from everything I had bought in the previous days. So I destined a lone potato, a surviving courgette, some wandering mushrooms and various pieces of cheese in the making of this savoury cake to bring dinner to the table, well I didn't imagine it would be so good, instead, the mix of ingredients worked well;)
The photo does not lerende justice, the fault of the light that that day decided to freak out, but if you like the ingredients, try it, I'm sure you won't regret it. Docks!

Method

How to make a savory pie with vegetables and cheeses

Clean and cut the courgette, potato and mushrooms into cubes.

Fry the garlic in a little oil and drop in the freshly cut vegetables and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked,
add the cheeses cut into pieces and mix them.

Roll out the puff pastry roll inside a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Prick the pasta with the tines of a fork and stuff it with the prepared vegetables and cheeses.

Bake the savory pie in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
