Carnival Arancini recipe from of 24-02-2017 [Updated on 12-02-2018]

The Carnival Arancini they are typical sweets Marche to be prepared, in fact, of the carnival period. The recipe includes a dough made from flour, eggs, sugar and butter to be flavored with a simple grated orange before proceeding with the cooking which is usually fried. I chose to make the version of the carnival arancini al oven, to have a lighter dessert (actually I had just done the shampoo and I didn't want to get all pissed off)
If you have never eaten them then you have to provide, either by taking a trip to the Marche (maybe: P) or making them directly in your kitchen, the choice is yours;)
Well friends, it's been a pretty turbulent week, and this morning, with some problems with the site server, I added the icing on the cake.
What can I say, I can't wait for this week to end, in which the only beautiful thing I saw was Elisa dressed as a Carnival, basins: *

Finally add the milk with the dissolved yeast and knead.
Obtained a homogeneous mixture, form a ball and let it rise for 2 hours by covering the container with plastic wrap.

Grate the peel of the two oranges and mix it with the sugar.
Once you have taken the dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape about 1/2 cm thick and cover it with the mix of grated orange and sugar.
