I admit it, there pasta with zucchini and tuna for me it is new! I had never even heard of it until a few weeks ago, and to say that I have made countless first courses with zucchini over the years, from the one with the addition of squid to the one with ricotta to the most whimsical zoodles. So when they told me about it, curiosity, as always, got the better of it, so here I am with a recipe that is really new for me. Apparently the pasta with zucchini and tuna it can be done both in white and with cherry tomatoes, as a first experiment I chose the latter version and I really appreciated :) Did you know it? How to make pasta with zucchini and tuna
Wash and clean the vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the courgettes into thin slices.
Sauté the finely chopped onion with oil in a non-stick pan. Add the zucchini, salt and start cooking.
After a few minutes, add the tomatoes first and then the tuna, chopped and well drained.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain al dente, add it to the pan and let it flavor.
Pasta with zucchini and tuna is ready: you can serve it hot, lukewarm or even cold.
