There soft fig tart is the recipe I have chosen to sweeten this day. It is a perfect dessert to prepare in this period, fresh figs abound on the fruit stands and have a typical sweetness of the month of September. The consistency of this dessert is a cross between being crumbly like a tart and soft like a cake, in fact the dough is not spread in the pan but is poured, it is without butter, replaced for the occasion with oil of seeds.

How to make the soft fig tart
Whip the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Now add the vanilla flavoring essence and the oil and continue beating. Finally add the yeast and flour and work until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Peel and cut the figs into four parts.
Grease and flour the tart mold, then pour the dough into it, leveling the surface well.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake. Bake the fig tart in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
