I suspect there will be some mushroom recipes. :) One night I committed a super steaming mushroom pickle with polenta ... perfect for a day with a lot of snow. What do you say?
- 1 large onion
- 500 gr mushrooms
- 200 ml sour cream
- salt and ground white pepper to taste
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom ciulama:
We cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
We harden the onion in oil and when it is golden we put the chopped mushrooms. Heat slowly, stirring from time to time, until the mushrooms soften and all the juice left evaporates. At this point, put the cream, mix a few times, leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes.
Season with salt and white pepper and serve everything with hot polenta.
Nothing simpler than that!
