- 3 eggs
- 1/2 Cup whole milk
- 2 scallions, finely sliced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 Cups potato flakes
- 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 10 Ounces smoked salmon
- Small bunch of dill
